18 days til Christmas and we are rejoicing! We are so happy that with lots of hard work on my Grandfather's part and my Aunt Letty that cares for him daily, he has started eating again. He cotinues to use feeding tube, but if he continues to eat well, the tube may come off in 2 weeks.
This morning we met up with Grandpa at his favorite cafe - Lees Soda Fountain. He was filled with joy seeing his friends come by to say hello. I pray that he continues to gain more strength to be able to eat and walk. He is an inspiration that all things are possible.
